TONING TIP! PEEK-A-BOO AB CRUNCH!
Tone your abs and obliques with this amazing crunch!
Start on your back and crossed legs up. Knees slightly bent. Arms straight, on both sides of the body. Reach out as far as you can to the right, then as far as you can to the left. Then bring both hands in between your legs. EXHALE EVERY TIME YOU CRUNCH YOUR ABS. Continue until you feel the burn, and then do more! (Typically 4-8 repetitions).
